How do I get started with HappyHorse.AI?
Sign up for a free account, choose your tool (Text to Video, Image to Video, or Reference to Video), enter your prompt or upload an image, and generate your first video in seconds.
What video formats and resolutions are supported?
We support MP4 output at 720p, 1080p, and up to 4K depending on your plan. Aspect ratios include 16:9, 9:16 (vertical), and 1:1 (square).
How many credits does each generation cost?
Credit usage varies by resolution and model quality. Fast generations use 1 credit, Quality uses 2–3 credits, and Lite is our most affordable option at 0.5 credits per video.
Can I use the generated videos commercially?
Yes! All videos generated with a paid plan are fully licensed for commercial use. Free plan videos are for personal use only.
What happens if my generation fails?
If a generation fails due to a server error, your credits are automatically refunded. You can retry or contact support if the issue persists.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period with no additional charges.
